霓虹灯的微芒划破夜空，带给世界的是虚假的光明，却惹得人们对它顶礼膜拜。人们例行公事地生活着，言而无意，唱而无心。——1965年歌手Simon与Garfunkel推出的专辑主打歌曲《沉默之声》，后来也成为美国电影《毕业生》的主题曲。——歌曲以怀旧的旋律托着略微沉重的文字，寓意深刻，耐人寻味。如歌中最后唱到的“先知的话语当显现于地铁车站的墙上和穷人的廉价公寓中”，包裹于自己小小幸福中、自以为是地生活的人们，是否也当更真实地看看这个世界，听听沉默中的声音呢？
